1. Use American MTI equipment for friction welding, computer automatic control, heat treatment, grinding, and magnetic particle testing to ensure the high quality of the finished product.
2. Processing can be provided according to customer requirements. The finished product is hard-bent, with high hardness and no cracking.
3. The tool joints are processed by a 1500T precision forging press to ensure the quality of the joints and have high compactness, cleanliness, wear resistance, and excellent mechanical properties of homogeneity.

Before finished drill pipes are plated and packaged, a series of tests have to be implemented including hardness, metallurgical structure, physical performances, etc.
