Product Description

The reverse circulation kill method can transfer heavy mud directly to the bottom of the well without periodic circulation, saving time.
Working principle
The working principle of gas lift reverse circulation is similar to that of an air compressor, that is, compressed air is sprayed into the inner tube from the mixer through the double-wall movable drill pipe, the inner wall of the outer wall pipe and the outer pipe ring gap through the double-wall gas faucet or air box, forming Numerous small bubbles rise rapidly along the inner tube and expand at the same time, thereby generating air lift. As the compressed air continuously enters the well fluid, a low-density gas-water mixture is formed in the upper part of the mixer, and the fluid ratio in the well is large. According to the principle of the connecting device, the gas-water mixture in the inner tube flows upward under the action of the pressure difference and flows into the well. The cores or cuttings at the bottom are continuously discharged from the surface and into the sedimentation tank. The sedimented mud flows back into the hole and enters the circulating fluid space in the drill pipe through the bottom of the hole.
